PERSONAL PROFILE
With background as a physicist, I have worked 13 years for Nokia in projects related to the low level software domain, both as software designer, course builder and instructor, team leader, error manager and process responsible. During this time I have worked closely with people of many different nationalities, and with teams based in China, India, UK, US, Finland and Denmark.
I have considerable skill and expertise within error management, processes, metrics and capacity planning. I am used to supporting development teams and drive progress towards product deadlines, and I have several years of experience in budget planning and follow up.
I like being thorough, using my analytical skills, creating order from chaos, supporting teams with pragmatic pro-cesses, bringing people to new insights and working with people of different nationalities and cultures. I enjoy working both independently and in teams, and I am very dependable. I actively contribute to the communities I am a part of, be it at work or in my spare time.
