Pro-environmental behavior: make change
Gratis
What are the behaviors and barriers to change in order to make change to the world, for a better wellbeing, climate and nature?
This talk will present an overview of some of the most constructive ways to make sense of and change behaviors toward ecological wellbeing.
But first, we’ll briefly situate the great need for behavior changes within today’s cultural and economic context, to recognize some of the biggest drives of current behaviors and so barriers to change.
This helps us answer the question of why – despite all that we know – we don’t see more action at all levels, from individual to societal.
And then: what can we do?! We want to make a difference, yet not be a ‘green dictator’ or constant downer in social settings and we don’t want to put our personal and professional relationships at risk. Where then to start, and what to prioritize? Drawing from growing research, this talk will give some concrete takeaways and essential reminders to what it takes to bring change to our world.
Outcomes for the webinar:
- Overview of the most constructive ways to change behavior toward ecological wellbeing
- Insight to current behaviors and barriers to behavioral change
- Concrete takeaways and reminders to what it takes to bring change to the world.
FYI: This webinar is held in English.
